I want you to know you’re in very safe, experienced hands if you choose to use Lisa North Photography to create your portrait. Here is all the legal information you should know prior to booking with me.
Copyright
I retain the copyright to all images. You will receive a written licence to use the images in accordance with my terms and conditions. Personal images may not be used for business promotion; I supply a separate licence for this purpose.
Images
Images are saved to my computer on a separate hard drive and to Cloud storage. Completed images for purchase are retained for two weeks after your viewing session. It is your responsibility to back up a copy of digital images you purchase.
Rescheduling shoots
Please let me know as soon as possible and I will happily rebook your session for another convenient time. For a cancellation with more than two weeks’ notice, 1OO% of any monies paid will be refunded. For less than two weeks, but more than one week, 50% of monies paid will be refunded. A cancellation with less than one week’s notice, will not be refunded. Refunds are only provided if the session cannot be rebooked. Please contact me if you would like further information.
